Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") is the merchant of record for every purchase made through Qyant. Paddle collects payment, issues invoices and receipts, and processes refunds on our behalf — see the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for how that works.
1. 14-day change-of-mind refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of a charge — a new subscription or a renewal — for any reason, no explanation required.
If you have already used a substantial part of your plan's monthly AI generation allowance in the billing period the charge covers, we may deduct the cost of that usage from the refund, since it reflects real compute and model costs already incurred on your behalf. You can check your current usage and remaining allowance at any time from your account's Billing page, so you know where you stand before requesting a refund.
2. After 14 days
Outside the 14-day window, subscription charges are not refundable for change of mind. The exceptions are:
- where refunds are required by the law that applies to you,
- if we failed to provide the service you paid for (for example, an outage that stopped you using your plan), or
- Paddle's own standard exceptions, such as a duplicate or fraudulent charge — see Paddle's Buyer Terms.
We do not offer discretionary refunds beyond these cases — including for unused allowance, a change in your circumstances, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, which section 1 of the Terms of Service already asks you to review before accepting.
3. How to request a refund
Paddle collected your payment and holds your payment details, so refund requests go through them:
- paddle.net — Paddle's self-service portal for buyers, linked from your receipt email.
- Or write to us at support@qyant.dev and we will route it to Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card provider.
4. Cancelling your subscription
Cancelling stops future renewals. Per the Terms of Service, a cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your plan's features until then. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period — the 14-day window in section 1 still applies if you're within it.
You can cancel any time from your account's billing page, or by asking us at support@qyant.dev.
